If you ever need to temporarily stop transactions on your Stepha card—for security, peace of mind, or while managing your funds—you can freeze and unfreeze it instantly from your account.
How to Freeze or Unfreeze Your Card
1. Log in to your Stepha account
2. Go to the “Cards” section
3. Select your active card
4. Tap “Freeze Card” to disable all transactions immediately
5. To reactivate it, simply tap “Unfreeze Card”
When your card is frozen:
• All new purchases and online payments will be declined
• You can still view your card details
• You can unfreeze it at any time with just one click
When Should You Freeze Your Card?
• If you suspect suspicious activity
• If you’ve lost access to your account
• If you’re not planning to use the card for a while
Note: Freezing is temporary and reversible. If your card is compromised, we recommend contacting support to issue a new card.
